For online orders:


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer a no questions asked returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Returning the product:
    1. If the return is a PracMed NZ issue (i.e. a product is or was incorrectly advertised product etc), we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and will send you the new product (if applicable). There will be no cost to you.
    2. If the return is a change of mind or incorrect purchase, we’ll arrange a return shipping label and will charge you for shipping for the return and the replacement (if applicable).
  3. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the return at our depot.
For orders placed on account:

Should your order contain a defective item, we are committed to rectifying the issue. You may be eligible for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your product to report any defects or issues, along with proof such as photos or a detailed description.


We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges for on-account orders. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before purchase.
