Our unique blend of pre- course eLearning, face-to-face instruction and intensive training with true-to-life scenarios. will give you the skills and knowledge to handle emergencies confidently.

A $500ex GST deposit will be required, with the balance due the week of the course.
This course is open to all. There are no pre-requisites, however skill such as wound-packing, tourniquet use and junctional bandaging are presumed knowledge. We highly recommend you attend a Stop the Bleed® course prior to attendance to ensure you have the foundational skills to jump straight in to the scenarios. We have a Level 1 First Aid + Stop the Bleed scheduled in South Auckland on the 9th of October. Select your intent to attend the L1 on the registration form to access a discount.
You will be required to have the physical capacity and fitness to run and carry loads over short distances. Please contact us if you are unsure if you will be able to complete the physical tasks prior to registering.

Requirements
There are many practical components to this course. You will be required to be physically fit and capable of running, jumping and carrying to complete this course. This course has many outdoor components, you will be working in the environmental conditions of the day across a variety of terrain.
