Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional in-person first aid training in alignment with the company’s high standards.
Efficiently manage administrative duties, contributing to the overall success of the training programs.
Uphold and enhance customer satisfaction through superior service delivery.
Engage in continuous professional development through internal and external training opportunities.
Regularly collaborate with the leadership and support teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Flexibility to travel across Auckland and nationally.
Be available to deliver training on any of your scheduled available days, whether locally or in other regions, as required by client demand.
Essential Requirements:
Strong, confident facilitation skills with adult learners
Excellent communication — this is a remote role with autonomy; open and timely communication with our team and clients is essential
Strong and on-time administration — we’re 99% paperless with highly automated systems, but they only work if deadlines are met. There is no out-of-class admin — it all happens in real time
Ideally 2–3 days per week of availability, or a fixed roster we can schedule around with confidence. We’re flexible on the number and choice of days — consistency is key
Strong personal alignment with our mission, vision, and values
NZQA Preshospital Emergency Care Unit Standards – or higher (29321, 29322, 29323, 293240 as well as 4098 or the ability to acquire before starting.
Valid New Zealand Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
Pass a drug test and police check.
Proficient in various computer systems; adaptable to new technologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
Medical background preferred — we need more than someone who can regurgitate a PowerPoint; proven experience in point-of-injury care is ideal
Level 4 National Certificate in Adult Education or equivalent experience.
Additional relevant certifications (e.g., NZ Resuscitation Council Emergency Care Instructor Certificate).
Professional Development:
Participation in our training moderation and annual staff training days.
Continuous skill enhancement identified through regular evaluations and feedback.
General Conditions:
