For online orders:
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer a no questions asked returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, and the reason for return.
Returning the product:
If the return is a PracMed NZ issue (i.e. a product is or was incorrectly advertised product etc), we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and will send you the new product (if applicable). There will be no cost to you.
If the return is a change of mind or incorrect purchase, we’ll arrange a return shipping label and will charge you for shipping for the return and the replacement (if applicable).
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the return at our depot.
For orders placed on account:
Should your order contain a defective item, we are committed to rectifying the issue. You may be eligible for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your product to report any defects or issues, along with proof such as photos or a detailed description.
We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow exchanges for on-account orders. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before purchase.
