Description
The HemGuard™ Targeted Pressure Bandage from 6:8 Medical® is a purpose-designed haemorrhage control bandage that delivers focused, targeted pressure to wounds that are traditionally difficult to manage with standard pressure dressings.
It is specifically designed for use on junctional and complex injury sites such as the neck, axilla and groin, as well as amputations and other irregular wound locations where conventional elastic bandages often fail to maintain effective compression.
The integrated targeted pressure head allows responders to apply controlled, point-specific compression directly over the wound, improving haemorrhage control while reducing the risk of slippage and loss of pressure during movement.
