Our Training Ethos

We believe that courses should be more than a ‘tick in the box’ and that students should be built up through quality training programs that take a pragmatic approach, focusing on the practical aspects of training.


We believe students deserve the WHY behind their training, so they understand the importance of the different components and can see how their skills relate to the bigger picture, which enables greater understanding and retention. 

We believe courses should only be taught by passionate trainers with relevant experience, not just trainers who have learnt how to regurgitate a lesson plan. 

We believe that if an organisation has to register students for compliance, that they should be getting value for money with students who are learning or refining skills, being assessed on their competence, not on their attendance alone.
